Scope
This notice covers the Steinatura website and the order process. We follow Turkish KVKK No. 6698, the EU GDPR (deliveries to Germany) and the revised Swiss data protection act.
Which data
Order request: name, email, phone, delivery address, country, language, line items. Technical: IP in server logs, language preference, cart in localStorage. Analytics or marketing data only with consent. Card number, CVV or bank account details are not collected on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract (make, ship, 30% deposit by bank transfer after confirmation, 70% cash euros on delivery). Legal duties (invoicing, tax, retention). Explicit consent for optional cookies and marketing (withdraw anytime). We do not sell personal data.
Recipients and third countries
Hosting (Vercel), carriers, and, where legally required, accountants or authorities. There is no online card capture. The deposit is a bank transfer after confirmation; the balance is cash euros to the driver on delivery. Account details are not published on this site. Transfers only with appropriate safeguards and, where KVKK requires it, information.
Retention
Order and invoice data for as long as the law requires. Enquiries usually up to two years. Server logs shorter. Consent records until you withdraw plus the proof period.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Chapter III; Swiss FADP. Complaints: KVKK Kurumu (Turkey), the competent EU authority, the FDPIC (Switzerland).
Security and VERBİS
Access control, encryption and processor contracts under KVKK Art. 12. VERBİS registration follows if and when the statutory thresholds apply.
