Terms of sale

A non-binding order request is recorded on this site. After confirmation, 30% of the total is collected as a deposit by bank transfer; account details are not published here and are sent securely after confirmation. The remaining 70% is paid in cash euros to the driver on delivery. Prices are in euro. The sale price includes the product, all taxes, import duties, customs charges, insured truck transport and door delivery — equally in Germany, Switzerland and the other countries we sell to. Standard catalogue pieces have a 14-day withdrawal window; made-to-measure work may be excepted — see the returns page.
