Returns, cancellation and withdrawal

Standard, non-personalised pieces

For standard, non-personalised Steinatura catalogue pieces you may give notice of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Travertine tables are heavy natural-stone goods; you are told before delivery that return freight for undamaged goods is yours. We ask for written transport coordination before you send anything back. You should only have inspected the piece as you would in a shop. Loss of value from use or from damage you caused may be assessed.

Custom size and personalised production

Where a piece is made to your custom size, form, finish or personal feature, the exception for personalised goods may apply and the right of withdrawal may not be available. The exception is not applied automatically to standard catalogue pieces. Personalised production does not remove your statutory rights for defective or damaged goods.

Damaged or defective goods

Statutory consumer rights remain. The seller bears the cost of repair, replacement or return freight for defective goods. Check packaging and the piece on delivery; have visible damage noted on the transport document; take photos and video. Missing a short notice period does not wipe out all of your rights.

Refunds

After we receive your withdrawal notice we refund within the statutory period, as a rule within 14 days. The refund may be held until the goods come back to us or you provide proof of dispatch. Where possible, we refund to the original payment method.
